Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Real Estate Transaction Specialist to join our team at Certified Apartment Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • List and sell residential or commercial properties to meet client goals
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers to secure successful deals
  • Host open houses and other events to showcase properties and build client relationships
  • Analyze market trends to determine property value and provide informed advice to clients
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures to ensure smooth transactions
  • Vet and disclose property facts to clients to build trust and confidence

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related fields is essential
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases is required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary to build strong client relationships
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
