Job Overview

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will engage in and/or assist with a range of the department's compliance functions, encompassing but not limited to, regulatory submissions, compliance evaluations, and internal control reviews.

This position offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities


• Generate reports and documentation to fulfill both US and international regulatory submission standards.

• Aid in the creation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of electronic files/feeds to ensure compliance with various local regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to the extraction and reporting processes for the Quarterly Compliance Certificate, which supports compliance oversight.

• Design and deliver reports and necessary system improvements to enhance compliance monitoring efforts.

• Assess and implement strategies to automate and optimize the processes used to respond to regulatory inquiries, including those from the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission.

• Conduct thorough cross-checks between information displayed on our website (and in other documents) and regulatory disclosure obligations.

• Engage in departmental projects and initiatives as directed by management.

Qualifications


• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in programming and/or data analysis.

• At least 2 years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of Macros and Templates.

• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in developing processes and procedures.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Capacity to manage confidential information with professionalism.

• Proficient in handling multiple tasks while balancing immediate and long-term responsibilities.
