Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited SLP program
- Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Idaho
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
