Gable Search Group is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience in electrical power and controls systems design for industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in electrical systems design, with a proven track record of delivering construction documents from project inception to fruition. They should feel at ease providing consulting services to architects, owners, and general contractors, and demonstrate a strong inclination to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment. We value individuals who are self-motivated, enthusiastic about tackling diverse projects, and dedicated to delivering engineering services of the highest quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop electrical power and controls systems for industrial facilities
* Provide consulting services to architects, owners, and general contractors
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver construction documents
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and practices in electrical engineering

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant electrical design within the AEC industry
* Professional Engineering Registration
* U.S. Citizenship
* Experience in commercial power and low voltage systems design
* Experience in industrial project design is advantageous
* Proficiency in the National Electrical Code
* Sound knowledge of electrical engineering principles and construction practices
* Previous experience with a multidisciplinary engineering/consulting firm
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD/REVIT
* Eagerness to stay updated on the latest technologies and practices to enhance professional growth
* Aptitude for both mechanical and electrical engineering concepts
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management abilities
* Capability to work autonomously while also mentoring others
* Attention to detail, integrity, and a sense of personal pride in delivering high-quality work
* Experience in collaborative team environments with demonstrated project management skills
* Business development experience (preferred)
