About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team at SALT Dental Partners. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by coordinating patient treatment plans, managing data, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient treatment plans with our doctors, including explaining treatment options and related costs
  • Manage patient data and treatment plans using multiple computer programs
  • Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates
  • Handle all treatment paperwork, including consent forms and insurance forms
  • Communicate clearly and openly with patients about their treatment options and related costs
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure safety for everyone
Requirements
  • No experience is required, but the ideal candidate will have some relevant experience in a medical or dental environment
  • Medical front desk experience, preferably in a dental environment
  • Medical/dental insurance verification experience, preferably 1 year
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent oral communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to being punctual and reporting to work on time
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
