We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.
Responsibilities- Provides physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of patient care and treatment programs.
- Participates in Rehabilitation Services activities designed to enhance patient care and programs.
- Demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and has the ability to work in any department or location assigned based on rehab needs.
- A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment.
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
- Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level, and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities.
- WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
