Job Title: Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Heritage Hotels & Resorts. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving custom cocktails, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to liquor service and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
  • Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
  • Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 20+ pounds frequently.
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
  • 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.

Salary Description: $7.00-$13.00 Hourly
