Position Summary:
As a Vehicle Appearance Specialist at Schlossmann Subaru City Of Milwaukee, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional detailing services for all vehicles within our dealership.
This role is a full-time, hourly position in the automotive sector, emphasizing the importance of meticulousness and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time hourly position offers a competitive salary. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off and 401(k) options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute thorough exterior and interior detailing services on all dealership vehicles, which includes washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming.
- Assess vehicles for any cosmetic damages or imperfections and perform necessary repairs.
- Employ various detailing products and tools to achieve a superior finish on all vehicles.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while executing detailing tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and request additional supplies as needed.
- Engage effectively with customers and team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the dealership.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with various detailing products and techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically capable of performing detailing tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email and internet usage.
