Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Eastern NC Director of Operations to join our Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services programs in New Hanover County and Pitt County. Your passion for empowering others, teaching, and helping others achieve their potential will contribute to our exceptional services and high level of satisfaction of those we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the hiring and recruitment activities for all direct care employees in New Hanover County and Pitt County.
  • Provide supervisory support to the area Program Managers as well as the Qualified Professional for the eastern part of the state.
  • Carry out policies and procedures to improve services and ensure that service expansion goals are established.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in Human Services with at least three (3) years of administrative experience.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Frequent travel within NC and SC areas.
