The Installer Service Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to professional customers through our installer counter. Key Responsibilities:

Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships and provide superior service.
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice customer orders, and direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery.
Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
Assist with customer labor claims and ensure they are processed quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Strong background in mechanics.
Above average communication skills.
Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
ASE Certification (desired).
