Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst 2 to join our team at Amentum. This role will provide support to Engineering personnel, monitor project progress, and provide status reports to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management with planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities related to metrics, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Interface with internal and external principal program participants and functional teams for planning and prioritization of overall activities and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain monthly metrics and reports based on companies' deliverables to Customer.
  • Produce daily reports to Engineering staff to facilitate attainment of metric goals.
  • Coordinate with Engineers to obtain cost/schedule input for Engineering resources related to projects.
  • Enter Maximo task instructions for project efforts.
  • Create, update, and Close WONs in Maximo to support project management.
  • Support the development of a Work Evaluation Board (WEB) meeting twice a week to present new IDIQ requirements.
Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearances/badges as required by program and position.
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written in an effective manner.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Work Environment

This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. Field work will consist primarily of site walk downs in support of design projects and system trouble shooting.
