Job Summary

We are seeking a per diem Personal Care Associate to service Bennington County. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a caring and supportive medical company that values its employees.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and report patient and family data to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Assist in communicating information to assigned patients.
  • Perform interventions and procedures as directed to ensure safe, effective, and quality care for patients.
  • Report to the supervisor on various aspects of patient and family information.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of care provided.
  • Advocate for patient care issues to ensure quality and type of care is sensitive to each patient's needs.
  • Perform household chores, including sweeping, mopping, laundry, doing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, simple meal preparation, and serving.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License and Current Auto Insurance.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Weekend and holiday rotation required.
