Job SummaryWe are seeking a per diem Personal Care Associate to service Bennington County. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a caring and supportive medical company that values its employees.
Responsibilities- Collect and report patient and family data to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Assist in communicating information to assigned patients.
- Perform interventions and procedures as directed to ensure safe, effective, and quality care for patients.
- Report to the supervisor on various aspects of patient and family information.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of care provided.
- Advocate for patient care issues to ensure quality and type of care is sensitive to each patient's needs.
- Perform household chores, including sweeping, mopping, laundry, doing dishes, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, simple meal preparation, and serving.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License and Current Auto Insurance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Weekend and holiday rotation required.
- Earn your LNA for free after one year of employment and 1000 hours worked.
