Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Team Member to join our team at H4 Enterprises. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings, including offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain hard surfaces and carpeted areas, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, burnishing, extraction & bonneting.
  • Empty and clean trash receptacles, recycling bins, and other waste management areas.
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors, restrooms, hallways, etc.
  • Perform cleaning duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures.
  • Assist in cleaning rooms, loading/unloading dishwashers, cleaning counter tops, coffee and tea equipment, cleaning up caterings, and conference rooms.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $ $42,000-$55,000, depending on experience.
