Job Overview

Micropulse, Inc., a leading medical device manufacturer in Columbia City, IN, seeks a highly skilled Janitorial Services Associate to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing workloads.

As a Custodial Worker at Micropulse, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms, sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming floors, emptying trash and recycle containers, and refilling restroom dispensers.

You will also be responsible for operating and maintaining power equipment and hand tools, such as buffers, vacuums, brooms, and mops, to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of floors, carpets, furniture, and other areas of the facility.

In addition to your custodial duties, you may be asked to perform routine maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor. You must always maintain a high level of safety practices and follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.

Our ideal candidate will have previous janitorial experience and possess basic knowledge of cleaning products. A strong attention to detail, good time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $38,000 per year, based on industry standards for similar positions in Columbia City, IN. This amount is inclusive of all applicable benefits and bonuses.
