Compensation Details
$20.50/hour base salary plus uncapped commission. Target earnings are approximately $68,000/year, with the potential for significantly higher income based on performance. Top achievers often exceed six figures annually. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to advance two levels within your first year, accompanied by a corresponding title and pay increase.
