As a Woody Service Consultant, you will represent the dealership's service experience. Your commitment to excellence enables us to uphold our company philosophy, which emphasizes quality vehicles and exceptional service. Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude will encourage customers to return time and again.

Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences.
  • Ensure customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Welcome customers warmly and gather necessary vehicle information.
  • Provide timely updates regarding vehicle status, concerns, warranties, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Adhere to dealership and manufacturer protocols and procedures.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Monitor personal customer satisfaction, sales, and production metrics daily.
  • Establish performance goals and pursue opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive business success through training and active participation in operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer and departmental challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
  • Strong motivation to set and achieve personal goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, ranging from average to advanced.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
