About the Role

PDS Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager Trainee to join our team. As an Operations Manager Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dental offices and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Company Culture: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our company values and culture, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Team Management: Assess, hire, and retain top talent, and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve staff and patient issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budget, and drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
  • Leadership: Develop and implement an office success plan, including staff development and office protocols to ensure efficient operations during manager absences.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of related work experience in operational management, with a proven track record of success in team management, problem-solving, and financial management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, patients, and external partners.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of dental plans, insurance fees, administrative guidelines, limitations, and exclusions, as well as business correspondence and reporting techniques.

  • Competitive Salary: $36.00-$50.50 per hour.
