Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our repair center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service in person and over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage light accounts receivable and administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Assist with scheduling customer appointments, determining customer needs, and inputting customer information into our computer software efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth repair process, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.

Requirements
