- Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive business outcomes.
- Strong business knowledge of risk management and regulatory interactions, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex risk management concepts to senior leaders and stakeholders.
