Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to fill the position of Community Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall quality of life for our residents. This includes working closely with on-site personnel to address resident concerns, improving community amenities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in property management, including supervising staff members. They should be familiar with Section 8 and have experience with managing periodic inspections such as HUD, TCAC, and City inspections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the community. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, and sick time, as well as a matching 401(k) plan. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
