Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a full-time Assistant in a Montessori classroom for children aged 6-8 years, focusing on:
  • Facilitating small group and individual lessons tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborating with educational experts to develop lesson plans that challenge and engage all learners.
  • Fostering a classroom environment that promotes thoughtful decision-making and inquiry-based learning.
  • Maintaining open communication with parents regarding their child's academic and emotional development.
  • Working alongside a dedicated team, including your co-teacher and program support coach, to continually enhance the classroom experience.

Engage in a collaborative network of educators dedicated to innovating and refining our national educational program:
  • Participate in a fully-funded two-year accredited teacher training program to earn your Montessori elementary credential, complete with personalized coaching.
  • Collaborate with local middle school and online education staff to create a differentiated learning experience for students.
  • Regularly engage with our research and development team to assess and improve the educational offerings.
