Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Culinary Specialist to become a vital part of our dedicated team at Le Jardinier Miami. This role operates under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine, offering exposure to diverse culinary techniques and ingredients.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Supervise designated areas of food preparation and service.
  • Prepare recipes, maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure punctuality.
  • Apply knowledge of fundamental cooking methods such as measuring, knife skills, sautéing, grilling, roasting, and poaching.
  • Guarantee that all dishes and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, and cooking standards.

Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of professional culinary experience in a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education is required (capable of performing basic arithmetic operations).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in reading, speaking, and interpreting documents in clear English.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be organized, motivating, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Familiarity with reservation management systems is highly desirable.
