Job Overview

Position: Technical Sales Representative

Location: Field and Office

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Intelli-Tec Security LLC. This role is essential for driving sales of innovative security technology solutions through direct client engagement and expert consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored sales quotes for advanced security systems.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Engage with clients to demonstrate product features and benefits, effectively communicating technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to deliver comprehensive proposals that highlight our offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the installation process, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Perform light programming and troubleshooting of security systems in collaboration with our technical team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation and sales of security and CCTV systems.
  • Proficient in networking concepts, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Working Environment:

  • Combination of office work and field visits to client locations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Standard business hours with occasional communication outside of these hours.
