We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral health services to children on the spectrum at Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans, conducting assessments, parent training, and monitoring overall progress.

Job Description

As a BCBA at Magnet ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting patient assessments and behavioral evaluations to identify individualized treatment goals and strategies.
  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Providing behavioral therapy and support to clients in various settings, including in-home, school, and community settings.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make data-driven changes as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and teachers to ensure comprehensive client care.
Requirements

To succeed as a BCBA at Magnet ABA Therapy, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism and behavioral health needs.
  • A strong background in behavioral health and ABA principles.
  • Experience with data collection and analysis, and the ability to utilize data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Experience with documentation and HIPAA regulations.
