Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral health services to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Job Description
  • We are looking for a BCBA who can design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, provide parent training, and monitor progress.

About the Role:

  • Conduct patient assessments and behavioral evaluations to identify individualized treatment goals and strategies.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that are grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Provide behavioral therapy and support to clients in various settings, including in-home, school, and community settings.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make data-driven changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and teachers, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism and behavioral health needs.
  • A strong background in behavioral health and ABA principles.
  • Experience with data collection and analysis, and the ability to utilize data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Experience with documentation and HIPAA regulations.

Compensation:

  • An estimated hourly pay range of $80-$120 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • A signing bonus available for qualified candidates.
