Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Ripening Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of products within our ripening rooms and buildings. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate warehouse management systems and equipment to track and manage inventory
  • Receive and ship products, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Assist other warehouse teams as needed, to ensure seamless operations
  • Work independently, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Intermediate English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems
  • 1+ years of experience working with forklifts and riding pallet jacks
  • Previous experience with RF scanners in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and inventory experience

  • A competitive hourly rate of $28.00, dependent on experience and location
