Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Insulation Technician to join our growing team.

Company Background:
Frontier Pest Control is a locally owned and operated business committed to delivering exceptional pest management services in the Snoqualmie Valley.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform Insulation Installation and Pest Control Tasks

  • Install various types of insulation including blown-in cellulose and fiberglass.
  • Conduct rodent exclusion services.
  • Complete necessary documentation for each project.
  • Track materials utilized during installations.
  • Educate customers on products, treatment processes, and preventive measures.
  • Dispose of contaminated insulation at designated facilities.
  • Adhere to industry safety protocols and standards.
  • Understand basic building codes and insulation regulations.

Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Strong customer service skills and professionalism.
3. Excellent communication and time management abilities.
4. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Valid WA State Driver's License with a clean driving record (5-year driving abstract required).
6. Must pass a drug screening prior to employment.
7. No allergies to bees or phobias regarding confined spaces.
8. No sensitivities to chemicals.
9. Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
10. Capability to tow a trailer if necessary.

Work Environment:
This position involves working in crawl spaces, confined areas, outdoors (including adverse weather conditions), and on ladders.

Schedule:
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, typically between 10 to 30 hours per week. The business operates Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of weekend work. As a part-time employee, benefits are not offered at this time.

Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $25.00 to $31.00, depending on experience.

Driver's License is required.

Preferred availability for day shifts.
