Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales and company objectives by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products.
  • Follow our "Code of Excellence" to ensure customer satisfaction and create a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers, and provide insertion and removal training as needed.
  • Educate customers on proper eyeglass and contact lens care, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Maintain visual merchandising according to brand and company standards, and mentor potential apprentice opticians as permitted by law.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Maintain a valid license, as required by state.
  • Strong selling skills, aimed at meeting sales targets and following company policies.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to give clear and concise instructions to customers.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detailed-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude and appearance, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
