Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving our signature beverages in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Follow recipes and company specifications to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and drinks
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role
  • Knowledge of mixology and ability to prepare a variety of cocktails
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
