Mixologist

Job Summary

Dotty's is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
• Bar Operations
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and well-maintained bar environment.
  • Greet patrons and provide drinks and food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Secure proper identification for all patrons.
• Inventory Management
  • Accurately count inventory and money at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Maintain inventory levels as assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
• Marketing and Promotion
  • Understand and market Dotty's promotions, driving sales and revenue growth.
• Financial Management
  • Properly payout guests, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Store Maintenance
  • Keep the store stocked, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
• Communication
  • Update supervisors on issues relating to operations, such as equipment or processing failures.
• Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform minor upkeep and maintenance of slot machines.
  • Must be able to obtain necessary certifications, including a Health Card, TAM Card, Non-Gaming Card, and Nevada Gaming Registration.

Requirements

• Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience
  • Prior cash handling experience preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to be flexible with hours.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
