Outpatient Surgical Technologist Role with Competitive Pay

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our outpatient team at Avera McKennan Hospital - Avera Surgical Center. This is a brand new facility focusing primarily on orthopedic surgeries, offering a fast-paced work environment with competitive pay.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience and grow in their career, helping to build and develop a new department. They will work Monday-Friday schedules with daytime hours, no call, weekends, or holidays.
This role offers a range of benefits, including paid time off available from day one, options for free health insurance, and potential sign-on bonuses. The hourly rate for this position is $22.00-$31.75 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment
- Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment
Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program required
- Previous experience as a Surgical Technician preferred
