Job Description

The Surgical Technologist Inpatient Coordinator functions as an extension of the Resource Nurse to facilitate services for patients in cooperation with the health care team. The Coordinator must be competent in the surgical technologist skills of the unit.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Satisfactory completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program required.
  • Previous experience as a Surgical Technician preferred.
  • Successful completion of National Exam of O.R. Technicians preferred.
