Requirements

  • Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of quality room service techniques and standards, as well as familiarity with all aspects of providing superior guest service.
  • Skills: Proficient in using hotel management and POS software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Effective organization, communication, leadership, and management skills are also essential.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35+ pounds, as well as work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
