Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete make-ready tasks and work orders efficiently
- Check equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure everything functions properly
- Respond to tenant repair requests promptly
- Perform light landscaping and groundskeeping duties as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
- Skilled in various hand and power tools
- Must pass background check

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 depending on location and experience.
