Assemblage Specialist

About the Position: Safe Fleet is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in Belton, Missouri.
This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year and a 4-day work week (M-T 5am-3:30pm or M-T 4pm-2:30am).

Key Responsibilities:

• Use components and parts to produce high-quality products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and standard work instructions (SWIs).
• Inspect and test parts and products during or after assembly to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Prepare products for shipment and cross-train in other areas and departments.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility, with small part assembly preferred
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Reliable attendance and ability to communicate verbally and in written form with supervisors and coworkers
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
