Responsibilities:

* Actively pursue and respond to content pack out & restoration jobs.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
* Manage opportunities for staff development in the content cleaning division.
* Work closely with the general manager to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain project execution documentation and content inspection reporting.
* Utilize ICAT software to maintain customer content.
* Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
* Manage a territory to include Servpro of Pulaski & Laurel Counties, Servpro of Northwest and Northeast Cincinnati, and Servpro of Madison, Rockcastle, Garrard, and Lincoln Counties

Requirements:

* Effective written and oral communication
* Intermediate math skills
* Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
* Experience with utilizing ICAT and similar Servpro web-based applications
* High school diploma/GED
* IICRC certifications preferred
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
* Ability to work in tight spaces (i.e. crawls spaces, attics)
* Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
* Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
* Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
* Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
* Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
