We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our esteemed Community Based Care facility. This role offers a competitive pay range of $40 – $53 per hour, based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
Shifts AvailableFlexible shift options include 12-hour, 10-hour, or 8-hour night shifts.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe LPN will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, which includes:
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions.
- Providing immediate medical interventions as necessary.
- Implementing and adhering to the orders from Primary Care Providers.
- Communicating residents' needs to external providers, including family members and healthcare agencies.
- Assisting in the oversight of health services staff as required.
