**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Load Builder to join our team at Builders FirstSource. As a Load Builder, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials onto or from pallets, trucks, or customer vehicles, and installing strapping. You will also drive various lifting devices to move products, equipment, and materials around the warehouse, shop, or yard.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trucks, or customer vehicles
* Install strapping to secure loads
* Drive lifting devices to move products, equipment, and materials
* Perform load-building, determining the appropriate weight, composition, and placement of loads

**Requirements**

* Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
