Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced BAS/Critical Facilities Project Manager to become an integral part of our team. This role is crucial for the successful execution of our intricate projects, concentrating on the design, engineering, and programming of control systems tailored to meet specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the design and engineering of control systems hardware, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Create and program sophisticated DDC (Direct Digital Controls) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, along with developing intuitive graphical interfaces that fulfill client needs.
  • Manage the start-up and commissioning phases for building control systems, including the oversight of technician work plans and processes.
  • Keep precise records of project conditions, revise drawing sets and software programs, and engineer field modifications while ensuring as-built documentation remains current.
  • Execute essential project management functions such as job planning, labor scheduling, financial analysis, and coordination of project materials.

Qualifications

  • Proven stable work history with a focus on local projects.
  • Advanced knowledge and expertise in developing control programs, with a solid understanding of DDC theory and applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience, complemented by substantial computer programming skills.
  • Extensive experience with building mechanical systems, electronics, and fundamental electrical circuits.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD and other project-related software, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and troubleshoot effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and situations to derive practical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
