Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Automation Compensation Specialist to manage and lead our reward programs, compensation processes, and collaborate with HR and business units.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the application and execution of our global reward programs.
  • Lead the administration process for our company-wide reward plans.
  • Independently manage annual compensation processes, including merit review and bonus payout.
  • Coach on reward plan specifics and respond to local HR and business inquiries.
  • Stay updated on market trends and surveys; recommend changes/enhancements to existing programs.
  • Manage relationships with third-party administrators for quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Global COE, HR colleagues, Finance, and Legal to communicate materials, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain job grading and architecture; draft job descriptions; perform job analyses and gradings.
  • Guide Regional C&B managers and Local HRs on job architecture and leveling matters.
  • Participate in designing compensation packages that align with our company programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in compensation & benefits in large/global organizations.
  • Experience building compensation & bonus packages for departments and senior-level leadership roles.
  • Understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Aon, Hay).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software (ideally SAP / Success Factors).
  • Expert-level Excel & data analytics experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in gender pay (gap) analysis.
