Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Process and manage change orders from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Lead and manage safety aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of assigned projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure accurate and complete project documentation, including progress reports and final project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other project managers to share best practices, expertise, and resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction principles, including material, lighting, and distribution systems.
  • Basic estimating experience, with knowledge of Accubid estimating software and Timberline job costing software a plus.
  • OSHA certification and experience managing safety aspects of projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
