Job Overview

Position: Formulation Scientist

Location: Clark, NJ

Compensation: $22.06/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and refining formulations, monitoring their stability, and making necessary adjustments to enhance product quality.
  • Designing prototype formulations and implementing modifications to align with product specifications, while providing innovative and effective solutions to challenges encountered during the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with various support teams within Research and Development, managing a minimum of five fundamental projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline, preferably in Chemistry.
  • Experience in formulation and laboratory settings, particularly with capsules, powders, ointments, gels, and creams.
  • Prior experience in the cosmetics industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude are essential.
