Nursing Assistant Job Description

At Ticknor Enterprises Willow Park LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting
  • Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, clean-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation
  • Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake
  • Assist with weighing residents and reporting weight changes to the nurse and supervisor
  • Track skin condition and report any presence of pressure areas, skin breakdown, or skin tears
  • Participate in toileting program activities and complete flow sheets daily
  • Document progress and inform the nurse and supervisor of any factors interfering with performance

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • No disciplinary action against certification
  • At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
