Job Description

Audiocom, Inc. is seeking a skilled Audio/Video Service Technician to join our team. As an A/V Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations, responsible for installing and servicing a range of hardware equipment, including TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service A/V equipment, including TVs, speakers, and video extenders.
  • Provide technical support to clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Utilize diagnostic skills to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Continuously learn and master new skills in the evolving A/V landscape.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide timely support and ensure service continuity for clients outside of regular business hours.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful integration and installation support.
  • Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field.
  • Professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in installing high-fidelity (HiFi) audio equipment.
  • Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Sonos, Control 4, and Universal Remote.
