Job Summary:

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Renal Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the unit, including department budgets, resource management, and collaborating with leadership across other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Medical Surgical and Renal Unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Develop and implement department budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
  • Collaborate with leadership across departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of Nurse Supervisors and Unit Charge Nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve department operations and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Renal Services department.
  • Proven track record of success in managing department budgets and resources.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
