Motorcoach Driver Job Description

Trans-Bridge Lines, Inc. is a family-run business with over 83 years of experience in the industry. We are currently seeking several motorcoach drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

We offer a variety of schedules and routes, making this a great opportunity for those looking for a career change or a new challenge. Our motorcoaches are well-maintained and equipped with the latest technology, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Follow a planned bus route to and from various locations to pick up or drop off passengers.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection of assigned bus.
* Loads and unloads passenger baggage.
* Assist passengers on and off the bus when help is needed to ensure passenger safety.
* Comply with all DOT, Federal and State traffic laws and regulations.
* Reports any mechanical issues with bus such as brakes, steering, air conditioning, or other issues.
* Completion of initial training and any ongoing training.

Requirements:

* Must be 23 years of age.
* Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CDL with provided training.
* Trans-Bridge will train and help obtain CDL, Class A or B, with air brakes and passenger endorsements.
