Nurse Educator and Training Manager

We're seeking an experienced Nurse Educator and Training Manager to join our team at Trilogy Health Services in Louisville, KY. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive education and training programs to support the growth and development of our clinical teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing, with a valid state RN or LPN license, and relevant certifications such as CPR and Infection Preventionist. With a competitive salary of around $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and staff.
This role involves designing and delivering training programs, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness. You'll also collaborate with our leadership team to develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
