Vehicle Connectivity Systems Developer

Job PurposeAs a Vehicle Connectivity Systems Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing electrical systems and connectivity solutions for our ATV/SxS, Marine, and Power Equipment products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop complex component and system layouts for ATV/SxS vehicles, ensuring they meet targets, requirements, and manufacturing requisites.
- Establish cost targets for responsible parts and optimize part/system designs to ensure targets are met.
- Create and manage work schedules to ensure deadlines are achieved, communicating resource needs and concerns with supervisors.
- Generate ideas contributing to the evolution of new technologies and lead the maturation of ideas to prepare for development application.
- Prioritize, lead, and address market quality themes, utilizing problem-solving methods to analyze root causes and develop C/M specs as necessary.
- Work closely with connectivity planning leaders to align on technology strategy and roadmap for ATV, SxS, Marine, and Power Equipment products.
- Set hardware/software requirements and targets, working with outside companies to develop connectivity/app solutions.
- Test prototype solutions to ensure function/performance targets are achieved.
- Bachelor's Degree or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of Connectivity/APP development or related experience.
