Job Description

In this exciting role as a Medical Support Coordinator at American Family Care Elizabeth, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the clinic, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care in a timely manner.


Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the medical team to ensure that all patients receive accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the lab team to ensure that all laboratory tests are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all medical supplies are readily available when needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise Medical Assistants to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration between departments.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the clinic.

Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, retirement benefit, and more.
