Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee charge-off account details
  • Manage the handling of inventory vehicles prior to their sale
  • Administer active lien titles until they are fully paid or written off
  • Track, locate, and duplicate lost titles as necessary
  • Scan, extract, and upload titles into the management system
  • Organize and file titles correctly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience with vehicle title processes
  • Proven experience in maintaining vehicle title documentation
  • Familiarity with web-based vehicle titling systems
